Safety Supervisor

A safety supervisor is required for an established company in the field of

electrical and electronic engineering

An established electrical engineering company is looking to hire a safety

supervisor who is interested in joining a small company, in a family

atmosphere, with a warm and supportive team!

Full time position, work in Kiryat Gat (at Intel), excellent conditions and a

rewarding salary!

Areas of responsibility:

Responsibility for site safety and creating a safe work environment

Trainings:

- Monitor the validity of employee training (coordination of trainings will

be carried out by the administrator)

- Training new employees

- Internal training

Professional support in preparation for work:

- Kick-off meetings - preparation of procedures (together with the work

managers).

- Risk Assessment (together with the work managers)

- PTP (together with the work managers)

Participation in SQFT meetings:

- Making observations and monitoring the work teams in the field

(including tours with the project manager)

Safety events:

- Inform the project manager immediately when an event occurs

- Disseminate the learnings to all employees Provide the data and event

analysis to the project manager

- Conduct investigations, prepare reports, and publish the findings

Provide appropriate permits

Respond to any problem/issue in the work areas to create a safe work

environment

Identify gaps in the work environment and the readiness of the employees. The

job definitions are passed on to the safety supervisor and checked for suitability

Required skills:

The work includes field work and tours of the work sites

Full PPE equipment

Mandatory computer work - experience with computer applications including

preparing presentations, collecting data and statistics

Accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work independently

Analytical thinking, ability to work under pressure, and dedication to the job -

mandatory!

Knowledge of English at a high level - reading, speaking, writing

Ability to work with multiple tasks - mandatory!

Excellent interpersonal communication - mandatory!

Very strong interpersonal relations and empathy – mandatory

Creativity and broad vision

Excellence in teamwork and brainstorming

Three or more years of experience
