Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Administrative Assistant located in Hod HaSharon, with flexibility for working from home. As the administrative assistant, you will manage schedules, organize meetings, send and receive emails, and provide executive administrative assistance. Other clerical skills such as data entry, filing, and document preparation may also be required.

Qualifications

• Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite and Monday
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Prior experience in administrative roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field is preferred
