Information Technology Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As the IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the formulation, planning, and development of technological processes within our organization's computer systems, ensuring alignment with our group's needs and strategy. You will lead the implementation of technological processes and cross-organizational protocols aimed at enhancing the customer experience across all organizational units. Additionally, you will play a key role in improving existing systems and introducing new systems such as ERP, CRM, and WMS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate, plan, and develop technological processes within the organization's computer systems, ensuring alignment with the group's needs and strategy.
• Implement technological processes and cross-organizational protocols to enhance the customer experience across all organizational units.
• Lead the improvement of existing systems and the introduction of new systems, including ERP, CRM, and WMS.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization to thoroughly understand requirements and develop characterization documents.
• Work closely with the development team to manage system requirements and ensure successful implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of two years of experience in managing technological projects, systems analysis, or technological product management
• Experience working with development teams - a significant advantage
• Experience in system integration and understanding of WEB technologies such as JavaScript, SOAP, REST, HTTP, HTML - a significant advantage
• Experience in leading cross-organizational processes involving working with senior officials and building work plans - a significant advantage
• Familiarity with the Dynamics 365 system - a significant advantage
• Proficiency in English at a high level
