Information Technology Team Lead

A leading and successful Fintech comany is looking for an IT team leader for a full time job

Requirements - 

· At least 3 years of experience in the Fintech field - must

· At least 2 years of IT Helpdesk team management experience - must

· Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

· Knowledge in client networking (such as TCP-IP, DNS – client side).

· Experience in setup of ticketing system such as Zoho, Atlassian, Monday.com or others .

· Knowledge in voip

· Essential qualities are leadership, startup mindset, customer orientation, responsibility, proactiveness, thoroughness, and effective communication.

· Knowledge of how VPN connections work.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Excellent English.
