Business Operations Manager

Fiverr is looking for a Business Operations Manager to join one of our fastest-growing business units.

As a Business Operations Manager, you'll promote several, versatile product lines and work with multidisciplinary, cross-company teams, in order to execute plans and achieve ambitious business targets. WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Sync and align multi disciplinary teams to promote the strategic planning and targets of the Seller Tools BU
• Monitor and promote BU's major projects, while eliminating bottlenecks
• Track BU's targets, KPIs, timelines and financial performance
• Present status and performance to management and key stakeholders
• Analyze data and create business evaluations to structure and prioritize the most effective and efficient processes and operational solutions
• Work closely with the product team to translate business needs into features
• Be the focal point for freelancers supporting the BU and work with procurement and finance to manage their activity
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ Years of experience as a project manager/operations manager in a tech, product-led company
• Strong analytical skills, highly capable of interpreting data, performing qualitative research, and translating results into actionable key takeaways
• Results-oriented with strong business acumen to drive the revenue and KPIs targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (excellent English - written and verbal)
• Experience in working with multiple internal partners, including product, data, design, content, customer success, support, marketing, finance
• Familiarity with project management tools and software
• BA / BSc in Industrial engineering/management/economics or similar. MBA preferred
