Position Summary:

As the Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and managing our Search advertising delivery system, reporting directly to the Senior Technical Director of Search. We are seeking an ideal candidate with a proven track record of high expertise in finding technical solutions that meet business requirements. Responsibilities:

• Manage the intricate details of product functionality, data, and performance within complex products and infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities, steer the product vision, and formulate strategies and roadmaps aligning with broader organizational goals and strategies.
• Take charge of the entire product lifecycle and features and adaptations whilst motivating and guiding a team of engineers and cross-functional representatives to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Tackle business problems methodically, providing clear, analytically-supported solutions to ensure effective decision-making.
• Monitor the progress of initiatives throughout the product development life cycle, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
• Keep stakeholders informed with transparent and timely communication.
• Collect and translate functional requirements into detailed product specifications, including user stories, technical aspects, and analytical details.
• Collaborate seamlessly with marketing, business, and business intelligence teams. Identify, influence, and test critical product aspects essential for achieving strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• 3-4 + years of hands-on experience in product management or technical product management in an Online Software Company- MUST!
• Understanding of the online ad tech industry - MUST!
• a proven track record of effectively leading complex projects that traverse multiple organizational boundaries, showcasing your ability to navigate challenges and deliver results.
• Solid technical foundation with a deep understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. Your technical acumen will be pivotal in guiding product development initiatives.
• Exhibit a fast-learning mindset coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail in documentation and project planning.
• Experience in working with a cross-functional team in an agile, fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills in English and Hebrew, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills. Your ability to convey complex ideas will foster strong collaboration within the team.
• Solid track record of product management experience, demonstrating your success in bringing commercially viable products to market.
