Role Overview: OPSEC Engineer

We're in search of an OPSEC Engineer with a unique blend of offensive and defensive cybersecurity skills, including expertise in securing web and file servers, online environments, and conducting forensic investigations. This position is ideal for someone passionate about cybersecurity, equipped with solid technical acumen, and dedicated to the confidentiality and integrity of data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Security Protocols: Implement and oversee security measures for web and online servers, engaging in proactive Blue and Red Team exercises to unearth vulnerabilities, execute penetration testing, and manage security breaches.
• File Server Security: Enhance the security of file servers through advanced access controls, encryption, and regular security evaluations.
• Forensic Analysis: Lead in-depth forensic inquiries to dissect and neutralize security incidents, compile detailed reports, and devise preventive strategies.
• Collaborative Defense: Collaborate with both Blue and Red Teams to strengthen defenses against cybersecurity threats, sharing knowledge and strategies to address vulnerabilities.
• Policy Development and Training: Craft and update cybersecurity policies, and conduct educational sessions to promote a culture of security awareness within the team.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a similar field.
• Proven track record in web, file, and online server security, with proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash).
• Up-to-date with the latest in cybersecurity threats, trends, and countermeasures.
• Deep understanding of network protocols, cybersecurity frameworks, and forensic investigation tools.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) are highly regarded.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving capabilities.
