Job Description:

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to take general responsibility for the maintenance, support, and management of all physical and virtual servers within the organization. This role involves tackling infrastructure faults, managing the day-to-day operations of the system team, liaising with internal stakeholders, and coordinating with external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all organization's physical and virtual servers
• Conduct maintenance, provide support, and handle infrastructure faults
• Manage the daily tasks of the system team
• Collaborate with internal organizational interfaces
• Coordinate work with external suppliers

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in large-scale companies
• Technical Skills: Proficient in VMware
• Experienced with Microsoft products including AD, DC, GPO, Exchange
• Skilled in backup software
• Knowledgeable in Citrix VDI
• Familiar with NetApp storage environments
• Personal Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask during stressful situations
