C# Software Engineer

Veev, an innovative large-scale company in the construction industry and a subsidiary of Lennar (the second-largest home developer in the United States) with a fabrication factory and site assembly in the Silicon Valley area and design and development offices in Tel-Aviv, is looking for a talented Software Engineer with a passion for optimizing processes. You should be a creative thinker and problem-solver, focused on automation and working smarter—not harder.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Innovative Development: Take the lead in developing optimization algorithms, CAD/CAM integration, and design and manufacturing automation solutions that drastically reduce manual labor.
• Clean Code and Testing: Design and implement clean, well-tested code as a foundation for reliable and efficient software. Emphasize the importance of quality and maintainability in your work.
• Frequent Deployments for Fast Feedback: Focus on deploying small changes frequently to gather fast feedback.
• Collaborate in a High-Impact Team: Become an integral part of a small, yet highly skilled team of engineers within our R&D department. Utilize cutting-edge technologies to significantly influence the future of housing.
• Take Full Ownership: Embrace complete responsibility for your projects from the initial concept through to post-deployment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effortlessly with Architects, Structural Engineers, and Mechanical Engineers within the company. Ensure that development strategies are perfectly aligned with overall business objectives.

Requirements, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Strong foundation in software engineering, underscored by at least 5 years of experience in C# development.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• B.Cs in Computer Science (not a must; we're always looking for talented people).
• Self-motivated to explore new technologies, applications, and environments.
• Highly motivated and self-directed.
• Fully comfortable working in English, both spoken and in writing.
