Responsibilities:

• Management of cross-organizational projects in the field of organization and methods and operational excellence.
• Lead initiatives to enhance business processes.
• Develop new processes and enhance existing ones.
• Writing business requirements for technological systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Organization and Methods is mandatory.
• A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management is required. University graduates who specialize in information systems have an advantage.
• Familiarity with banking processes is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in process improvement and leading significant organizational changes.
• Ability to write business requirements for systems.
• Proficient in business analysis, including advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate across various interfaces.
