Business Development Representative (BDR)

Gini Apps is seeking an Intermediate Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving revenue growth for the company. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and build the customer pipeline through prospecting, networking, cold calling and cold emails, using demand generation and prospecting tools
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly qualified lead targets
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
• Track and report on sales activities and results in CRM system.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers in target industries.
  
  

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a BDR role, with a proven track record in building a leads pipeline
• Flawless communication skills, both written and oral
• A tenacious, ambitious, and persistent hunter mentality with can-do attitude, and a dedication to sales outcomes
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other similar prospecting solutions
• Strong attention to detail, good time management, and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
