Experienced DevOps Engineer

For our global internal DevOps team, we are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Mid-Level/Experienced DevOps engineer. You shall work with our internal global team in an Agile environment as a technology leader to plan, maintain, and enhance our processes across multiple technical clients. You’ll be managing the cloud infrastructure, develop automations and do much more across multiple clients. We will build a training plan to help you achieve your goals and provide a dynamic and creative environment for you to thrive and grow.

Responsibilities:

• Build, manage and be responsible for Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure, scale and costs
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of the cloud-based infrastructure
• Ensure the security of the infrastructure by implementing industry-standard security measures and conducting regular security audits
• Lead the adoption of best practices in DevOps, automation, and infrastructure as code (IaC)
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior DevOps team members
• Work closely with software and devops engineers both in the company and with clients to integrate new deployment processes and strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement DevOps solutions that support business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in DevOps, cloud computing, and software development practices

Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a DevOps Engineer
• Extensive knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
• Significant experience with IaC (Terraform/Pulumi)
• Experience with CI/CD methodologies and best practices (Gitlab CI/GitHub Actions)
• Experience with programming and scripting languages (Python, Bash)
• Experience working with version control systems (GitHub) and GitOps flows
• Experience with database management (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB Atlas)
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (kube-prometheus-stack/Victoria Metrics/Logz.io/OpenSearch)
• Experience with security, compliance, and quality assurance standards
• Excellent sense of ownership and accountability
• A passion for technology, learning, and finding optimal solutions
• Fluent English
