Global Bookkeeper

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team at Coro Cybersecurity. The Bookkeeper will support global AP transactions in finance department This is a hybrid position, meaning the bookkeeper will have the flexibility to work from home as well as in our Tel Aviv office. The bookkeeper will work closely with the finance team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company's financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform all activities related to accounts payable, including reviewing and processing payments to local and foreign vendors, and credit cards reconciliations
• Prepare daily bank transactions reconciliation
• Support end-of-month closing and reporting
• Fixed asset registration
• Assist and support in the year-end audit process
• Review and record reimbursements of employee’s travel and expense reports
• Collection of monthly payroll data and pproviding a professional response to employees in salary matters.
• Working with authorities
• Assist in preparations of Tax reports
• Ad-hoc tasks as required
  
  

• Certified Bookkeeper – Must
• Certified payroll accountant - Advantage
• At least five years of experience as a bookkeeper in a start-up environment
• Experience with Priority and Michpal system – Must
• Experience with NetSuite - Advantage
• Advanced communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Strong Excel skills – Must
• Strong computer skills
• Attention to detail, flexibility and ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration with team members
• Able to work independently, follow tasks through to completion and meet commitments, proactively seeking guidance as necessary
