Product Management team leader

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire and manage a team of senior product managers
• Take a major role in defining the strategy of Browsi’s product
• Identify, design, experiment, and iterate on product decisions by leveraging Browsi data
• Master the product and lead the requirements through full life cycle, from ideation to development and launch
• Work closely with multiple technical and business teams
• Continuously review the business needs, define priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks
• Break down strategic product-related goals into actionable tasks and manage the execution of these tasks across all relevant departments
• Conduct product research, write detailed product design documents, and manage the end-to-end execution to deliver the feature

Requirements

• Strong leadership and mentorship skills
• 2+ years of director management of product managers
• 6+ years of product management experience in a tech company - B2B experience is an advantage
• Experience in delivering web UI/UX research and design
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to demonstrate experience as a strong leader who can prioritize, communicate clearly and influence across cross-functional teams
• Business driven and Customer first attitude. Support the sales organization in securing new business
• Experience with SaaS platforms is an advantage
