Project Controller- Maternity leave replacement

Responsibilities:

• Planning and building a budget for infrastructure projects, including preparing financial plans and monthly flow.
• Managing and monitoring the project budget, including performing financial analyses, managing documents such as budget principles and price policies, examining planning versus execution.
• Accompanying the project managers on a variety of issues: budget, risks, resources, communication between the various units and project reports.
• Presenting an integrative situational picture and analysis of a variety of aspects in the project to support management and decision-making processes.
• Drawing lessons from project costs and implementing them in the following projects, including preparing requests for budget changes.
• Performing budget control according to the plan, documents and financial numbers linked to the project, and locating and managing potential areas of deviations from the budget.
• Transferring money between floors, currency hedging, accompanying the process of opening bank accounts, VAT files.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics/accounting- a must.
• Three years of experience in the field – a must.
• Matrix work ability with multiple interfaces.
• High level control in MS Project and Excel software.
• High level English (writing, reading, and speaking) – a must.
• Experience in ERP systems.
