Located in the Ramat Negev Regional Council, Aquatech's premier facility grows high-quality barramundi fish year-round and 24/7 to supply local distributors and retailers with fresh, affordable fish.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operator at Aquatech Fisheries Ltd. The Operator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with fish farming operations, including monitoring water quality, feeding fish, and maintaining equipment. The Operator will also ensure that all work is performed in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in aquaculture or related field
- Ability to perform physical labor and work in water
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in maintenance and mechanical skills is a plus
