Key Responsibilities:

- Professional authority to lead, implement, and manage operational excellence knowledge.

- Training, mentoring, and skill-building for managers and employees to enhance performance in efficiency, production, service, safety, and quality.

- Facilitating interfaces and integrating them into the process while addressing resistance, reinforcing connection and trust in the process, and enhancing capabilities through empowerment and collaboration.

- Implementing operational excellence language and communicating achievements and successes in this activity.

- Halting work in case of product safety/quality or employee safety issues.

- Setting standards for machines and employees.

What Do You Need?

- Bachelor's degree - mandatory. Preference for a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.

- Experience in leading operational excellence.

- Experience in leading change, management, and implementation of LEAN methodology - significant advantage.

- Knowledge of the food industry - an advantage.
