A leading company in the marketing field is seeking a clients director to join and lead our teams.

Responsibilities:

·        Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of account managers.

·        Manage and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high retention and growth.

·        Manage large-scale marketing budgets and projects.

·        Identify growth potential and opportunities to increase revenue.

·        Keep up with industry trends and introduce new methods to the team.

Qualifications:

·        3+ years of experience in marketing in a client-facing position.

·        Account Management experience.

·        Proven ability to work and present to senior management, building and maintaining strong, trust-based. relationships.

·        2+ years of experience as a team leader, including setting and achieving performance goals.

·        Excellent communication skills.

·        Results-driven with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals.

·        Effective time management, organizational abilities, and strategic thinking.

·        Proficiency in Hebrew (native) and English (fluent).
