Position Overview: NoviSign is seeking an Entry-Level representative with excellent English proficiency and strong technical capabilities to join our team in Kfar Saba, Israel. In this role, you’ll provide direct assistance to our growing customer base through phone, chat, and email support channels. No prior experience is necessary – we value your language skills and tech know-how above all and are excited to help you grow in your career.

Responsibilities:

• Offer timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, chat and email.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer queries and problems.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.

• Assist in creating and updating support documentation and knowledge base articles.

• Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to better assist customers.

• Provide assistance with general office administration tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Very good English proficiency (written and spoken) is essential.

• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
