          Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates will typically have 15 years of experience in enterprise IT sales.
- Typically 5 years of experience as a Technical Lead/Engineering Manager in the start-up ecosystem.
- Experience as a founder, entrepreneur, or technical thought leader.
- Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently (this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in Hebrew with local stakeholders).
- Knowledge of established network in the developers, founders, and investment communities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Skills in assessing the needs of startups and recommending appropriate cloud solutions that will drive their success.
- A genuine love and appreciation for the entrepreneurial tech industry. 
As a member of the Google Cloud Startup Ecosystem team, you will be responsible for establishing Google Cloud as a thought leader in the startup community in Israel. In this role, you will be the public advocate for Google Cloud to the broader startup community, and an essential API-touchpoint for the best startups to connect with Google Cloud. You will help customers and ecosystem partners take advantage of Google Cloud customer adoption programs such as Google for Startups Cloud Program, and will be instrumental in the development and dissemination of new programs.

Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture a vibrant community of startups, promoting the adoption of Google Cloud as their preferred cloud platform through strategic engagement with ecosystem organizations, private funds, developers, and entrepreneurs across the region.
- Collaborate with the Google Cloud Startup sales teams to increase Google Cloud adoption within Israel and EMEA region, support market-intelligence efforts for the business to aide in business prioritization, and advocate on behalf of customers within Google Cloud to ensure startup customer needs are prioritized.
- Represent Google Cloud’s vision for the tech startup space in public speaking engagements, press and analyst engagements, and drive engagement in online community platforms to influence Google Cloud Platform adoption.
- Lead the creation of startup-specific content including building quick-start architectures, and startup customer references and features published through blogs and online community forums.
