Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Israeli Immigration Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team, leading for a large-scale international project compliance program management. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in Israeli immigration law, particularly in the context of employment of foreign experts in Israel and compliance management for international projects.

This role involves overseeing compliance responsibilities, managing complex immigration issues, and ensuring all legal requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage compliance with Israeli immigration and labor law for a large-scale international project.

- Oversee and ensure compliance with Israeli immigration regulations and requirements.

- Develop and implement compliance strategies and protocols for the project.

- Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations.

- Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, applications, and supporting affidavits.

- Collaborate with colleagues and other legal professionals to develop strategies and solutions for complex cases.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and clear communication.

- Manage and lead a team of at least 5 paralegals dedicated to the project, ensuring effective teamwork and optimal performance.

Qualifications:

- Admission to the Israeli Bar Association and in good standing.

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in managing and leading immigration and relocation programs.

- Proven experience handling complex immigration cases and successful client outcomes.

- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience with compliance responsibilities for large-scale international projects.

- Additional language skills (Spanish, German and Spanish) relevant to client demographics.

- Experience with immigration software and legal research tools.

- Previous proven experience in a leadership or senior role within a legal team.
