Job Summary:

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will enhance EZmob's agency capabilities. Your mission will be to maximize worldwide monetization through direct performance deals, creating a profitable synergy between the brands we promote and our publishers' needs. You'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that both supply and demand sides benefit from your expertise in performance-based strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire performance-oriented brands, negotiating optimal terms for mutual growth.
• Set up, optimize, and manage media buying campaigns efficiently, focusing on continuous improvement and repeatable success.
• Onboard and manage affiliates, fostering solid and productive relationships.
• Extract valuable insights from the demand team and utilize these to inform strategies and decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the supply team to optimize the monetization of direct publishers' inventory through performance deals.

Qualifications:

• At least two years of digital marketing experience in an online marketing/product environment.
• Demonstrated analytical prowess, with experience in utilizing sheets, analytics, and web applications for data-driven decision-making.
• A sales-oriented mindset with a knack for identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and conversational.
• 'online ninja' skillset: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Online certifications (Google, Facebook, etc) are a bonus.
