Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Program Director located in Givat Shmuel. The Senior Program Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of international programs, including the development and implementation of underwater systems and technologies. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure project milestones are met, and provide guidance for achieving program objectives. in addition manage customer relations and support in various business development activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing defence oriented programs
• Knowledge of underwater systems and technologies
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• experience in sales cycles, including leading tenders for the international markets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the defence industry is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
