Air Doctor offers travelers the best possible services if they fall ill abroad through quick and convenient access to high-quality medical care from anywhere in the world, all through an easy-to-use app. The Air Doctor app connects travelers to a global network of over 20,000 professional medical doctors across 75 countries. This means travelers can get treated by a doctor who speaks their language, whilst avoiding expensive visits to hospitals or medical clinics.

Where are we located?

Our offices are in the heart of the green landscape of Moshav Beit Nekofa, near Hemed Interchange and Mevaseret Zion.

Overview:

Primary liaison for assigned accounts, ensuring daily interactions meet client expectations and internal KPIs. This role is crucial in handling invoicing processes, monthly KPI tracking, and resolving client inquiries promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

Account Interaction:

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering strong relationships.

Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal business units.

KPI Delivery:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the company delivers as per agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Generate, deliver, monitor, and track monthly KPIs, provide regular reports and updates, and discuss necessary action plans with partners considering achieved results.

Invoicing:

Handle periodic invoicing processes accurately and within established timelines.

Coordinate billing activities, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.

Client Enquiries:

Resolve client enquiries efficiently, addressing concerns and providing solutions promptly.

Act as a proactive problem solver, ensuring client satisfaction in all interactions.

Requirements and skills:

Experience: Previous experience in a client-facing role is mandatory.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous in handling sensitive data and information in order to achieve accurate analysis.

Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive in addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Languages: Fluent in English and German -conversational- a must.

The role includes traveling abroad.
