Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk Support. The Help Desk Support will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot problem areas, and escalate support requests as needed. The role will also be responsible for network administration, network security, and maintaining hardware and software systems, DevOps and automation procedures scripts writing.

Qualifications

• Information Technology and Network Administration skills
• Troubleshooting skills
• Network Security skills
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Relevant industry certifications, such as CCNA, MCSE or similar.
• Experience with remotly support.
• DevOps and automation scripts writing.
