We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join us!

About the role:

As a Senior Service Representative , you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
