Marketing Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented Marketing Graphic Designer for Startup within pharmaceutical industry located in Karmiel.

Responsibilities:

Translate requirements into creative design to attract the target audience.

Work closely with the marketing team on the design and development of the website, brand identity, and promotional materials.

Design a wide range of projects across multiple digital platforms (Website, social media, Newsletters, Ads, etc.).

Designing Social Media creative for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube & Affiliates.

Producing highly creative content in line with brand guidelines, concepts, briefs, and deadlines.

Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback, implement creative agendas, establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Qualifications:

Excellent level in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and spoken)

At least 3 years of proven experience as a Digital Designer.

A strong portfolio showcasing digital designs across mobile, tablet, and desktop for responsive websites.

Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, dobe XD and After Effects).

Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

A great eye for detail, and the ability to create pixel-perfect assets.

Excellent communication skills, can-do mentality, growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
