Co-founder CTO: AI, Software Engineer, R&D

madly-in is an AI/ML-based platform that aims to help solve the loneliness of the younger generations (18–59).

Role Description

This is a remote role for a co-founder (shares are offered, no salary until raising funds) as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO will lead the company's technological development and oversee all aspects of the company's technology-related strategy, execution, and operations. The CTO will also be responsible for building and managing a high-performance technology team and working closely with the CEO and other executive leadership team members to translate business strategies into technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills, able to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and team members
• Sales and marketing skills, with the ability to understand and translate business goals into technology solutions that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction

• MUST HAVE experience in research and development (R&D) of new technologies, with a passion for innovation and a track record of success
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software engineering, R&D, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
• Familiarity with modern technologies and development methodologies (i.e., AI/ML, cloud computing, agile development, DevOps, etc.)
• Previous experience with building a startup.
