Information Technology Support Team Lead

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Team Lead. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the IT Support team's day-to-day activities, providing technical support to company staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction with company services. This role requires strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• Technical Support, Information Technology, and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience in IT Service Management
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications are a plus
