As a Cognyter you will:

• Plan Turnkey manufacturing and procurement processes to ensure the resources required to make products are in stock and available
• Project Manage lead and drive procurement projects across the group
• Build forecast and simulation plans for products
• Initiate and lead continuous improvement in planning and distribution on a global level
• Track and follow up global planning KPI’s
• Define the global planning methodology to support the team’s goals
• Lead outsourcing projects for new products and contract manufacturers
• Plan and control stock levels and supplies
• Work and lead in a cross-functional environment with local and global partners
• Risk assessments, identify and handle shortages and delays
• Implement Business Processes and Infrastructures

For that mission you’ll need: 

• B.Sc. Degree in Industrial Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in a technical organization
• Good understanding of operational procedures and business processes
• Experience with business process implementation
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP – an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Independent with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional activities
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex data
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve planning, reporting, and productivity
