Vice President of Development

We are seeking an experienced VP R&D to lead our R&D team, in a global and innovative environment.

What you will do:

• Strategic Planning and product Vision: Define and lead the company's technological direction, aligning technology strategy with business goals and prioritizing tech projects to meet these objectives.

• Research and Development Oversight: Oversee the innovation and development of the product, ensuring they comply with industry regulations and standards, while keeping abreast of technological advancements.

• Team Leadership and Talent Development: Build and manage the tech team, focusing on hiring, mentoring, and retaining skilled professionals to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

• Partnerships and Collaboration: working with potential investors and large customers in the CRO and health care domain.

• Product Enhancement and Regulatory Compliance: Focus on continuous improvement of the product, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the market and complies with all regulatory requirements.

What you will need:

• B.sc in Computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of leading R&D teams in a SAAS company, with complex API's.
• Previous experience in working with AWS, conducting performance optimization.
