IT Manager

Melio seeks a versatile IT Manager to lead our global IT specialists team across Tel Aviv and NYC. This critical position requires a mix of technical skills and leadership experience, addressing a wide range of IT responsibilities, from helpdesk support to advanced scripting tasks.

As the new IT manager, you will foster a productive IT environment for our employees and executive team.

Minimum Qualifications To Apply For This Role

• 3-5 years of IT leadership experience within a global environment, managing a team of specialists.
• Proven project management skills, coupled with stellar communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and MAC OSX.
• A solid foundation in SaaS services and SSO.
• Exceptional technical troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of Automation scripts
  
  

How your day is going to look, what you will be doing?

• Lead our global IT team across Tel Aviv and NYC, ensuring seamless operations.
• Oversee IT projects from start to finish, guaranteeing timely and effective execution.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and
• manage end-user computing services across Windows OS and MacOS.
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends and innovations in end-user computing and related fields
• Implement and uphold information security policies and tools.
• Streamline onboarding and offboarding processes, enhancing the IT experience for new and departing team members.
• Provide comprehensive technical support, addressing hardware and software issues to keep our IT environment running smoothly.
