Marketing Associate

Part time position (25 hours/week)

Five Sigma is looking for a smart and hard-working marketing associate to join our marketing team. Successful candidates would have great production, writing, and social skills. Our ideal candidate has excellent command of English, can develop engaging content also using ChatGPT, Midjourney, Dall-E and other AI tools, and is capable of creating top-notch product marketing collateral to support existing customers and sale cycles.

Responsibilities:

• Suggest, write, and produce new blogs, newsletters, video content, and other engaging content
• Write and produce B2B marketing materials, such as presentations, product marketing brochures, white papers, newsletters, and more
• Manage our social networking channels on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, and populate them with relevant content daily; measure and report KPIs
• Manage and update the company website regularly
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis; present findings to management
• Research and list Insurance and InsurTech conferences around the world; create pitches for speaking opportunities and presentations; attend virtual/conferences and communicate learnings to team
• Stay up to date with insurance and claims tech trends

Requirements: 

• Excellent command of English
• Student or fresh graduate of a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Technology, or related fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (provide blog portfolio)
• Familiarity with, and use of, ChatGPT and other AI tools - must
• Experience managing social media
• Experience with Marketing tech tools, including WordPress, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp - advantage
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed global team across multiple countries and cultures
• Passion for writing, creating, and orchestrating
• Creativity, business acumen, professionalism, effectiveness, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and good self-management skills
• Willingness and ability to learn new things
• Hard-worker, self-starter, and proactive nature - works diligently and independently at flexible hours every working day; acts without being told what to do; brings new ideas to the table.
• Background in software or insurance businesses - a plus but not required
• Graphic skills – preferred but not required
