Operations and Customer Service Manager

The Operations and Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive operational framework of the company worldwide,

including engagement with subsidiary companies, distributors, suppliers domestically and internationally, and more.

Additionally, this role involves managing the customer service framework of the company in Israel, the United States, France, the United Kingdom, Brazil, and beyond.

Oversight of the production system in Israel and the United States is also a key aspect of the position. Reporting directly to the CEO of the company.

Job Requirements:

Experience in a similar role within the medical equipment industry, encompassing operations and customer service.

Proficiency in languages, primarily English - mandatory.

International travel required, approximately once per quarter (initially may be more frequent to familiarize with the team).

Ability to work under pressure and in diverse time zones.
