Employment Counsel - Temporary Position

Temporary position for six months.

Start date - End of April

Key Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years of experience in employment law (experience in a top-tier law firm employment department is preferred).
• Able to handle multiple projects at a time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to appreciate the business side of an operation, as well as the legal and balance appropriately.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English.
  
  

• Providing legal advice and support to HR and other departments in the organization with regard to employment related matters in various jurisdictions where Varonis has operations.
• Drafting and reviewing employment documents, company policies and other legal documentation.
• Involvement in various employment related processes and projects in the company.
