Full stack team leader

We are currently seeking an experienced Full Stack Team Leader to lead a dynamic team of developers and QA professionals. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, DevOps, and other stakeholders
• Lead by example and develop your team members - have them grow, adapt, take on responsibilities, and own their share of the product.
• Build and lead a team of full-stack engineers, Manage the entire production life-cycle of your domain
• Stay up to date with cutting-edge technologies Implementation with attention to quality and best practices.
• Take responsibility for your team's deliverables.
• Be responsible for the infrastructure platform, its uptime, quality, architecture & scale.
• Take a major part in our strategic growth as an R&D team - technology and process-wise.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader
• At least 5 years of hands-on
• Excellent knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and Typescript A must
• Commercial experience with React.
• Experience with Cloud platform (AWS a must, Azure an advantage)
• Experience with no-SQL database
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Solid knowledge of architecture and design
• Develop self-learner with a strong can-do attitude.
