Mechanical development team leader

Position Overview: The mechanical engineering leader will ensure the precise development of our products. This role requires expertise in the development and execution of metal based mechanical mechanisms design, involving electrical motors and emphasis on designing high precision metal mechanical parts. The candidate will have experience in hands-on metal design using SolidWorks and previously lead projects and mechanical rnd engineers.

Qualifications:

1. Mechanical/aeronautical engineering.

2. Strong proficiency in design of high precision metal parts with techniques such as metal forming, extrusion, sheet metal.

3. Good understanding of motor driven mechanisms.

4. Experience in managing a team of rnd designers.

5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
