Director of Organization and Methods (O&M) department

In this period of strategic change, we are looking for a Director of Organization and Methods (O&M) to lead the optimization of our operational frameworks and significantly influence our organizational culture and efficiency.

Role Overview:

The Director of the O&M Department is a key leadership position in charge of revolutionizing our work processes and service delivery across diverse departments and business units. Reporting directly to the VP, this role involves the direct management of a dedicated team of 3 project managers and offers a remarkable opportunity to drive impactful organizational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze current operational processes across departments to identify inefficiencies, potential improvements, and challenges.

- Design and implement an optimal operational environment by assessing existing workflows and adjusting workload distributions.

- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness, engaging and motivating employees and managers towards achieving these goals.

- Oversee the implementation of strategic changes aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, operational performance, and excellence, ensuring these initiatives are successfully integrated.

- Develop and maintain control routines and process management protocols, including the creation and implementation of comprehensive BI reporting.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to managers, from identifying business needs to the successful implementation of solutions.

- Conduct in-depth analyses, develop insightful conclusions, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field is mandatory.

- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is highly advantageous.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar organizational management role is required.

- Demonstrated experience in leading a team of at least 3 engineers or project managers.

- Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills.

- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
