Senior System Analyst

job description:

Responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the administrative information systems in the organization, including ERP, CRM and PLM

Understanding the needs of the users of the systems

Writing technical characterization documents

Implementing changes in the information systems

Creating reports and interfaces

Working with programmers to implement system developments, including checking the changes

Writing user manuals and training end users

Requirements:

Has at least 3 years of experience in managing information systems, preferably in a company in a global organization

Experience in the HANDS ON implementation of one of the following systems Microsoft Dynamics AX or 365, Salesforce, Agile - mandatory

A relevant academic degree is an advantage

In-depth understanding of operational and financial processes

Excellent interpersonal

High level English (reading, writing and speaking)

Mastery of SQL and programming at a basic level - an advantage
