The Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Web/WordPress Developer to join our dynamic Marketing department. As a Full Stack Web/WordPress Developer at Zoom REI, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and play a key role in the development of our web applications. If you are passionate about web development and have a strong background in WordPress, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing responsive web applications using modern web technologies
• Developing and maintaining WordPress themes and plugins
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
• Optimizing web applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues that arise during development or in production
• Ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in web development

The Right Person:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack web development
• Strong proficiency in WordPress, CDN, Hosting, PHP, JavaScript, CSS/SCSS, HTML5, API Integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Google, Facebook)
• Strong proficiency in WordPress development - Bootstrap, WP engine, WP Rocket, CloudFlare, Google tag manager, JavaScript and AJAX for dynamic forms handling and data submission
• Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs & Node.js
• Experience in creating and managing custom forms within WordPress that integrate seamlessly with CRM systems
• Familiarity with core web vitals optimization
• Understanding of version control systems (Git)
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
