What You'll Do:

Strategic Leader: Drive and build impact-driven roadmaps of your dedicated product group's short and long-term product strategy and vision by being deeply connected to your domain's users and opportunities.

Entrepreneur. Take full responsibility and ownership of the products in your group, from inception to production, ensuring our goals align with your users' and publishers' needs.

Talk to Your Users! Led market research and competitive landscape analysis to assess and identify customer, business, and technical needs.

Hands-On Execution: Define feature specifications and work closely with engineering teams to ensure effective delivery. Work with the Product Managers to maintain a well-grooming backlog, ensuring that items are properly prioritized and detailed.

Mentoring: Be the focal point for Two experienced Product Managers who lead development teams and oversee product design.

Collaborate: Work closely with top-notch pros in Dev, BI, Business Development, and Marketing teams to successfully take your product to market.

High Standards: Be a domain expert and a source of knowledge.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience of 5 years in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing digital products or services.
• Prior experience of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role, with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams
• Experience with leading B2B/B2B2C products that affect millions of users.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas, influence stakeholders, and build consensus across diverse teams.
• Proven track record of leading cross-organizational efforts in building and launching complex products while managing intricate operations and numerous moving parts.
• Strong product sense, and ability to understand the problem or the opportunity.
• Strong analytical skills, developing product hypotheses and understanding the results.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product development frameworks, and best practices in software development.
