Key Responsibilities

• Detection Optimization: Focus on fine-tuning security systems to improve detection and create effective exclusion rules.
• Alert Analysis: Analyze security alerts, examining suspicious process behaviors, files, and endpoint activities to identify threats.
• Quality Assurance: Monitoring and evaluation of triage quality and response times.
• Customer Assistance: In some cases, work directly with customers to assist with escalated alerts, support tickets, or other questions that might arise from our users.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SOC, cybersecurity, or similar roles.
• Experience with analyzing suspicious behaviors and files.
• Proficient in log analysis using tools like Elastic, Splunk, SQL, or similar.
• Familiar with Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.
• Strong analytical skills for proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, capable of effective teamwork and independent work.
