Tech Knowledge Looking for a Customer Relations Assistant for an interesting and challenging position.

Job description:

You will be part of the customer service and logistics department.

Administrative support for the CEO of the company and the sales team.

Working with existing customers, providing price offers.

Managing customer orders from the stage of receiving the order to billing.

Uploading and editing content to LinkedIn, Facebook and the company website.

Monitoring and control of the company's ERP software.

Establishing proactive contact with customers to renew orders.

Requirements:

Proactivity

Self-learning ability and good technical understanding

Customer relationship skills.

High level English
