As the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for formulating the overall sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the success of our solution across global markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales Teams: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales, post-sale, and customer success teams.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute plans to achieve revenue growth through analyzing marketing and market-driven trends.
- Recruitment and Training: Oversee recruitment and training initiatives for new employees, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Ensure Team Productivity: Foster a productive and developmental environment for employees, ensuring their professional growth and success.
- Oversee Day-to-Day Operations: Take charge of budget, daily operations, setting policies, and implementing processes to optimize efficiency.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports for upper management, offering insights into sales performance and strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven Sales Leadership: Demonstrated experience as a senior sales leader, with a track record of driving success and growth in a B2C call center environment.
- Ability to display excellent data analytics and reporting skills that influenced the long-term effectiveness of your previous management leadership.
- Mother-tongue in spoken and written English (additional languages are considered an advantage)
- Mandatory experience developing mid-level managers.
- Understanding of various business functions such as sales, product, marketing, and operations.
- Strategic Planning and Budgeting: Proven experience in strategic planning and budgeting to achieve revenue targets.
- Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical ability with excellent communication skills.
- Leadership Qualities: Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to solve complex problems and make confident decisions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA) in Business or a relevant field; master’s degree (MSc/MA) is a plus.
- Willingness to work irregular hours under stress and pressure.
