Technical Support Engineer

A profitable cybersecurity startup focuses on developing a system for easy integration of advanced biometric verification into applications. They have two products: a B2B On-premise platform for user identification (CORE) and a Software as a Service (SAAS) product for smaller companies.

The company employs around 200 workers globally, with 100 of them based in Israel.

The headquarters are located in Tel Aviv, near the train line. The employees work in a hybrid model, allowing for up to 4 days of remote work, particularly in the flexible support department.

Role Description:

Recruiting a team of 6 support specialists, locally and internationally, under a team manager. The team handles challenging issues, provides in-house support, and works on scripting, Python coding, and cloud platforms. Proficiency in English is crucial as clients are global. Tools include Datadog, REST API, OIDC, OAuth, SAML. Occasional weekend availability is required.

Requirements-

• 3 years of technical Support engineering experience

• Experience in working with multi-tier and complex applications

• Experience working with ticketing systems such as Salesforce

• Hands on experience in on-prem as well as SaaS customer Support

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Service-oriented personality with a can-do attitude

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal English

• BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related
