Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with job requirements
• Coordinate interview schedules and logistics, managing multiple calendars and ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment metrics using our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and support them in achieving their recruitment goals
• Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract top talent and enhance our employer brand
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment coordination role, with a proven track record of successfully supporting end-to-end recruitment processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to candidate engagement and stakeholder management
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry, documentation, and reporting
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
