Bookkeeper

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our Finance team, reporting directly to the Director of Finance. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial data management and ensuring accurate processes within our organization. An amazing opportunity to be responsible for all financial aspects, be independent and proactive, and work closely with management, employees, vendors, and customers.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the day-to-day bookkeeping, maintaining the books up to the balance sheet.
• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts, including but not limited to banking, credit cards, AR, AP, accruals, intercompany balances, etc.
• Record AR and AP invoices, oversee monthly payment cycles, and prepare vendor payments.
• Financial reporting to social security, tax authorities, VAT, Israel authorities 856, 126, etc.
• Maintain the Fixed Assets ledger and partner with the IT department.
• Work in collaboration with the payroll controller.
• Process Travel & expense reports and maintain approval flow.
• Ad-hoc projects as required.
  
  

• 5 + years of experience in a similar position in a high-tech company.
• Certified Bookkeeper type 2 or above.
• Experience with tax compliance (including estimated payments, VAT, Nikuim, Odfot, etc.).
• Experience working in global companies with a multi-currency environment.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Team player with great interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
• High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
