As a Junior Product Manager/Product Owner, you will be at the forefront of driving our product's success, working closely with cross-functional teams to navigate the product lifecycle from concept to delivery. This role is pivotal in translating user needs into actionable development plans, ensuring our solutions not only meet but exceed our user's expectations.

• Sprint goals alignment: Translate our product roadmap into actionable sprint goals, balancing sprint content with long-term vision, while focusing on user experience and journey optimization.
• Project Management: Oversee project scopes and timelines, manage product backlogs, and address new requests efficiently.
• Collaboration and Planning: Work alongside product and development teams to craft detailed user stories and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). Schedule releases and coordinate sprints to align with our strategic goals.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between the development, quality assurance teams, and stakeholders to clearly communicate feature goals and progress.
• Data-driven Decision Making: Employ a data-driven approach for current and future product feature considerations, ensuring alignment with market needs.

• Proven experience in software development team environments.
• Strong grasp of technical system architecture.
• Proficient in backlog and roadmap management, with a knack for prioritizing effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and facilitate discussions with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• A collaborative spirit, and ability to work across international teams.
• A keen eye for detail, with a quality-first mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Can-do attitude/mentality
• Willingness and ability to learn fast

• UI/UX design related background.
• Previous roles in QA, IT, software development, or other technical capacities.
• Experience in project management principles and practices.
