Chief Information Security Officer

We are looking for a Chief Information Security Officer who will be responsible for consolidating the information security system and cyber protection within the organization from end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team responsible for control, investigation, and information security architecture.
• Develop and maintain our organizational cyber security strategy and necessary defense plans.
• Draft policies and guidelines for information security and cyber, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Implement and oversee work plans in the field of information security.
• Collaborate with suppliers, consultants, and clients to address security needs.
• Conduct periodic risk assessments, drills, and penetration tests according to policies and regulation needs
• Operate our SIEM/SOC center (outsourced service)
• Manage asset mapping and sensitivity classification.
• Provide regular reports on information security status and organizational risks.
• Conduct awareness sessions on information security for all employees.
• Guide and support various interfaces within the organization on information security matters.
• Collaborate with all business departments within the organization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CISO (in house) - a MUST
• 5+ years of proven experience in information security and cyber
• CISM or CISSP certification required; additional certifications advantageous.
• Experience in direct/matrix management of an information security team - an advantage.
• Familiarity with information security regulations and standards.
• Knowledge of cloud security and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of various information security risks, solutions, cyber protection architectures, and methodologies.
• Strong project management skills in the infrastructure/information security field.
• Ability to manage events and incidents collaboratively.
• High proficiency in information security products and technologies.
• Adaptability and resilience in handling security-related situations.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Experience in financial organizations- a plus.
• Relevant academic degree- advantage.
