Information Communication Technology Engineer

Job Description: Seeking a skilled WAN Communication Engineer to plan, implement, and maintain communication infrastructures within our WAN environment. Responsibilities include designing, documenting, and executing project solutions, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and design WAN communication infrastructures.
• Develop HLD and LLD documents for WAN projects.
• Implement complex communication solutions.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor WAN networks for performance and security.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of networking experience.
• Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and Checkpoint equipment.
• Strong knowledge of communication protocols.
• Familiarity with encryption protocols.
• Experience with monitoring systems.

Additional Information: Position based at our center along a train line. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.
